Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Millbrook Fencing Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Services Provided

Millbrook Fencing Services provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely complete the work. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is unsafe, impractical, or outside our scope of expertise.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the information you provide. If site conditions differ from what was described or discovered during the estimate, we reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed may result in additional charges. Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property or pursue other legal remedies to collect payment owed.

Permits and Property Lines

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval is subject to local authorities. You are also responsible for accurately marking your property lines. We are not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect property line information. We strongly recommend having a survey completed if there is any uncertainty about property boundaries.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

Liability and Insurance

Millbrook Fencing Services carries liability insurance to protect your property during our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked by utility companies or damage to landscaping that occurs as a natural result of fence installation. You are responsible for notifying utility companies to mark underground lines before we begin work.

Cancellations and Delays

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in charges for materials that cannot be returned. We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit issues, or other factors beyond our control may affect the timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our work, please contact us directly so we can address it. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree to pursue mediation before taking legal action. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Alabama.
